Sautéed Green Beans with Smoked Tofu and Sesame

Instructions

  • 1.   Boil the green beans in salted boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain and immediately rinse them under cold water to keep them vibrant green and crunchy.
  • 2.   Heat olive oil in a pan with thyme, garlic, and sesame seeds. Add the diced tofu and cook for 3 minutes over high heat, stirring regularly. Add the drained green beans and soy sauce, cook for another 2 minutes while stirring. Serve immediately.

  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 sprig of thyme
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seed
  • 200 g of smoked tofu
