Lebanese Salad with Sheep Cheese and Pita Bread

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare the dressing by mixing the molasses, oil, and lemon juice. Season.
  • 2.   Cut the romaine lettuce into quarters. Slice all the vegetables and cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  • 3.   When ready to serve, mix the vegetables and the dressing, sprinkle with cheese, and garnish with grilled pita bread pieces. Finish by sprinkling with sumac.

  • 60 ml of oil
  • 2 tablespoon of molasses
  • 2 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 green salad
  • ½ cucumbers
  • 1 bunch of radish
  • 250 g of cherry tomato
  • 1 small fresh mint
  • 2 pita breads
  • ½ teaspoon of sumac
