Roasted Radishes with Rosemary, Honey, and Feta

Instructions

  • 1.   Start this recipe by washing and trimming the radishes. Place them in a sauté pan with butter, water halfway up, and a little salt. Add the stripped rosemary.
  • 2.   Place a piece of parchment paper cut to the size of the sauté pan and pierced in the center with a 1 cm diameter hole on the surface of the water. Bring to a boil and let cook for 8 to 10 minutes until tender.
  • 3.   Remove the radishes with a slotted spoon and add the honey. Reduce the cooking liquid and then return the radishes to the sauté pan and coat them well.
  • 4.   Serve them with crumbled feta on top.
