Apple Banana Orange Smoothie

Complete breakfast: fiber and vitamins from the fruits, calcium and protein, and good fats from the almonds. The small Swiss cheeses add sweetness.

Instructions

  • 1.   In a jar like Le Parfait or in a blender bowl, first add the almonds, then the apple cut into pieces, the two small Swiss cheeses, the orange segments with the white skin, and the banana cut into pieces.
  • 2.   Blend everything with an immersion blender.
