Easy Chicken Curry with Onions in the Monsieur Cuisine

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the onions into thick slices with a knife. Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces.
  • 2.   Pour the onions into the bowl of your Monsieur Cuisine and sauté with olive oil for 5 min / speed 1 / 120 °C / left rotation.
  • 3.   Add the curry, cumin, chili, and chicken pieces. Sauté for 4 min / speed 1 / 120 °C / left rotation.
  • 4.   Stop the cooking and add 15 cl of cream, salt, and pepper. Restart the cooking for 28 min / speed 1 / 95 °C / left rotation.
  • 5.   Pour into a dish and mix the remaining cream into the preparation. Serve with steamed potatoes or rice.
