Easy and Quick Pancakes

Instructions

  • 1.   Beat the egg and sugar together in a bowl.
  • 2.   Add melted butter, yogurt, and vanilla sugar to the mixture.
  • 3.   In a separate bowl, mix the flour and baking powder, then add half of it to the mixture.
  • 4.   Gradually mix in the milk while adding the remaining half of the flour little by little (this will prevent lumps from forming).
  • 5.   No resting time is necessary, just heat your pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with oil or butter using a paper towel.
  • 6.   Using a small ladle or a large sauce spoon, drop "rounds" onto the pan.
  • 7.   When bubbles appear and burst, flip the pancakes and cook for no more than a minute on the other side.

  • 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 150 g of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 200 ml of milk
