Green beans with butter (1/9.86)+

Fresh green beans have a unique taste. Choose them firm and very thin, add good butter, salt, pepper... and that's it!

Instructions

  • 1.   Blanch in a pot of boiling water for about 7-8 minutes, until they are slightly tender (al dente).
  • 2.   Drain them well and shake to remove the water.
  • 3.   Put the beans back in the pot,
    Add the butter, salt, and pepper to taste. Heat over low heat for a few minutes, stirring, until the butter has melted and the beans are well coated with butter and lightly browned. Serve.
