Rose Tiramisu

Can be varied with strawberries, cherries, various red fruits or a "yellow" version with apricots, mango, etc.

Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse the chosen fruits under fresh water. (For large fruits, cut into cubes)
  • 2.   Beat the mascarpone, yogurt, and egg yolk with a fork until smooth.
    (For those with a sweet tooth, add sugar according to your taste)
  • 3.   Pour the milk into a shallow dish. Quickly dip a biscuit into the milk and place it in a glass for individual servings.
    Repeat the process for all the biscuits.
  • 4.   Alternate layers of the cream with fruits. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Decorate with chocolate shavings.
    Depending on the season, use frozen raspberries, strawberries, cherries... or opt for a "yellow" version (mango, apricots, peaches, etc...)
