Instructions

  • 1.   Cut 4 squares of parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F).
  • 2.   Slice the onions, cut the squash into quarters. Cut the pork tenderloin into 4 pieces.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the oil and spices. Add the meat, vegetables, and prunes. Season generously, mix well.
  • 4.   Divide into the parchment paper packets. Close them like pouches with a string. Bake for 25 minutes.
