Cheese Naan

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix the flour with the salt, yeast, oil, and yogurt.
  • 2.   Knead the dough and add a little warm water if needed to obtain a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  • 3.   Divide the dough into 6 portions and flatten them into round discs.
  • 4.   Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and fold the dough over itself once or twice (fold and roll).
  • 5.   Cook in a thick non-stick pan for 3 minutes on each side until the disc is well puffed.
  • 6.   Serve hot.
