One pot tuna pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop your onion and basil.
  • 2.   Heat your water and mix in the vegetable bouillon cube.
  • 3.   Place the penne pasta in a wok-style pot, then add the oil-packed tuna, tomatoes, olives, and onion.
  • 4.   Pour in the water and simmer gently for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 5.   Zest the lemon and mix it with the basil and parmesan cheese.
  • 6.   Once your penne pasta is cooked, serve immediately, sprinkling with your parmesan-lemon-basil mixture!

  • 400 g of cherry tomato
  • 1 vegetable broth
  • 2 medium canned tuna in oil (drained weight)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 untreated lemon
