Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and slice the carrots into thin rounds with a knife on a cutting board.
  • 2.   Place the butter and sugar in the bowl of your Monsieur Cuisine and heat for 2 min / speed 1 / 95 °C.
  • 3.   Add the carrots and sauté for 3 min / speed 1 / 95 °C / Reverse.
  • 4.   Pour enough water to cover the carrots, then crumble the bouillon cube. Start cooking for 12 min / speed 1 / 130 °C.
