Instructions

  • 1.   Wash, peel all the vegetables, and cut them into fairly large pieces. Stick the peeled but whole onion with the cloves.
  • 2.   Pour 1.2 liters of water into the Monsieur Cuisine bowl, add all the vegetables, then the bouquet garni, garlic, salt, pepper, and finally the pieces of meat. Start the first cooking for 90 min / speed 1 / 95 °C / left rotation.
  • 3.   Carefully open the lid of the Monsieur Cuisine. Sprinkle coarse salt on the ends of the bones to preserve the marrow, then place them on top of the preparation. Close the Monsieur Cuisine and continue cooking for 60 min / speed 1 / 95 °C / left rotation.
  • 4.   Drain the vegetables and meat, and serve hot with mustard.
