Chinese cabbage salad

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin slices.
  • 2.   In a (very) large salad bowl, mix the cabbage slices with the tomatoes cut into quarters, the avocado sliced, and the pink shrimp.
  • 3.   Generously moisten with mayonnaise and add the lemon juice.
  • 4.   Mix well and serve chilled.
