Curry Turkey Thigh

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) (Gas Mark 6-7).
  • 2.   Mix the yogurt, mustard, rosemary, and curry in a bowl.
  • 3.   Place the turkey thigh in an ovenproof dish. Using a brush, coat the meat on both sides with the mixture, then pour a glass of water into the bottom of the dish.
  • 4.   Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting the turkey regularly with its juices. If it browns too much, cover it with aluminum foil.
