Red Pepper and Basil Pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Start cooking the pasta.
  • 2.   Cut the red peppers into pieces, peel the garlic, and cook them together for 25 minutes in a saucepan with 30 cl of water.
  • 3.   Blend everything together.
  • 4.   Pour the pasta into the saucepan with the sauce.
  • 5.   Add the parmesan and basil and heat for 5 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve.

  • 300 g of penne
  • salt (according to taste)
