Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare two bowls. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Then add the milk to the yolks.
  • 2.   In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, vanilla extract or vanilla sugar packet, and baking soda. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  • 3.   Beat the egg whites until they are light and fluffy.
  • 4.   Mix the dry ingredients with the egg yolks. Make sure to obtain a thick batter, similar to pancake batter.
  • 5.   Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • 6.   Gently fold in the egg whites.
  • 7.   Grease a hot pan with butter or oil.
  • 8.   It's your turn now, cook for 1 minute on each side and you're done!

  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g of chestnut flour
  • 20 g of butter
