Summer Salad with Avocado, Cucumber, and Mozzarella

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the cucumber into small cubes after removing the seeds. Put it in a colander with coarse salt to drain.
  • 2.   Pit and dice the avocado; sprinkle it with a little lemon juice to prevent it from browning.
  • 3.   Cut the mozzarella into small pieces.
  • 4.   Sauce preparation.
  • 5.   Mix a tablespoon of mayonnaise with soy sauce. Less than a tablespoon is enough, but adjust according to taste.
  • 6.   Then add a teaspoon of lemon juice and some mint.
