Instructions

  • 1.   Sauté the bell pepper and zucchini.
  • 2.   Add the previously rinsed quinoa.
  • 3.   Pour in the water.
  • 4.   Add the curry, salt, and pepper.
  • 5.   Stir.
  • 6.   Cook for 15 minutes.
  • 7.   Add the coconut milk at the end.
  • 8.   It's ready when you can see the quinoa sprouts.
