Turkey escalope with gorgonzola

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pan, melt the butter and add the turkey escalopes. Brown and cook them. Keep the cooking juices.
  • 2.   In an ovenproof dish, place the escalopes and cover them with the raw ham.
  • 3.   In the pan, with the cooking juices, add the gorgonzola in pieces, the fresh cream, and the nutmeg. Heat gently. Mix. The sauce should become creamy.
  • 4.   Pour the sauce over the escalopes. Sprinkle with grated emmental cheese.
  • 5.   Place in the oven and grill for 8/10 min.

  • 4 slice of cured ham
  • 250 ml of thick sour cream
  • 200 g of gorgonzola
