Homemade Tomato Sauce Spaghetti | 7 WW points

A traditional recipe with our own twist, for maximum pleasure without guilt.

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a large amount of salted water to a boil. In a pan, pour olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomato paste, wine, tomatoes, and spices. Let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti for 10 minutes. Drain them, mix them with the sauce, and serve hot.
  • 3.   Suggestion: serve with Parmesan cheese and olives (to be counted).

  • 240 g of spaghetti
  • 500 g of canned crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 leaf of bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 100 ml of dry white wine
  • 4 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
