Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and sauté them for 5 minutes over low heat.
  • 2.   Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat and crumble the goat cheese into it until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Bring the pasta water to a boil and cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • 4.   Pour the cheese sauce over the drained pasta, along with the halved cherry tomatoes and olives.

  • 25 cl of sour cream
  • 4 pitted black olives
  • 130 g of fresh goat cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of basil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
