Cheese, Prosciutto, and Tomato Tart

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  • 2.   Roll out the pastry dough and place it in a tart dish. Prick the bottom with a fork.
  • 3.   Spread the mustard evenly over the pastry base.
  • 4.   Place the cheese slices on top, covering the entire tart base.
  • 5.   Cut the slices of prosciutto in half and cover the cheese.
  • 6.   Wash, cut, and deseed the tomatoes, and place them on top of the prosciutto.
  • 7.   Finely chop the onion and sprinkle it over the tomatoes.
  • 8.   Sprinkle grated gruyère cheese on top. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle with olive oil.
  • 9.   Bake in the oven for about half an hour.
