Instructions

  • 1.   Place the duck breasts on the fat side in a covered skillet, without adding butter or oil.
  • 2.   Cook over very low heat without turning for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the duck breasts.
  • 3.   Set aside.
  • 4.   Cut the apples into small quarters and cook them in a saucepan with a little water to make a compote.
  • 5.   Serve the sliced duck breasts with the compote on the side.
