Super Easy Cocoa Muffins (Vegan)

  • 1.   Fill the Vitaliseur's water tank with 1/4 of water and bring to a boil.
  • 2.   In a measuring cup, measure the milk and add the lemon/vinegar.
    Let it sit while preparing the rest.
  • 3.   Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • 4.   Add the oil to the milk and mix with the dry ingredients using a whisk until smooth.
  • 5.   Pour into muffin molds.
  • 6.   Place the mold on the Vitaliseur's steamer basket.
    Steam for 15 minutes.
  • 7.   Let cool slightly before removing from the molds.

Notes & Suggestions

  • The lemon juice can be replaced with apple cider vinegar.
