Chinese Vegetable and Spice Noodles

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut all the vegetables into thin julienne strips.
  • 2.   Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add the noodles, as soon as the water comes back to a boil, cover, turn off the heat and let it rest for 4 minutes.
  • 3.   Meanwhile, sauté the vegetables in oil for 5 minutes over high heat, add the five spices and soy sauce.
  • 4.   Drain the noodles, add them to the vegetables and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

  • 1 carrot
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 250 g of button mushroom
  • 1 kg of Chinese noodle
  • 3 oils
  • 3 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of 5 spice blend
