Four Cheese Penne

Instructions

  • 1.   Cut all the cheeses into very small pieces, then mix them in a bowl.
  • 2.   Melt a knob of butter in a saucepan with a little water. From now on, you need to be patient.
  • 3.   Add a little of the cheese mixture and gently stir without stopping so that the cheese melts slowly, then add a little cream to liquefy the sauce.
  • 4.   Add some more cheese, liquefy with the cream, and so on.
  • 5.   The sauce should be thick.
  • 6.   Mix the sauce with the penne that you have cooked al dente, then serve!
