Mozzarella Polenta

Instructions

. Bring water and milk to a boil with vegetable bouillon cubes.

. Add polenta, saffron, and nutmeg, cook over low heat, stirring occasionally.

. Add butter, grated cheese, and diced mozzarella. Mix well, pour into a buttered gratin dish.

. Sprinkle with 2 to 3 tablespoons of grated cheese.

. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 220°C (428°F).
