Salmon Baked Eggs

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • 2.   Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces (or use pre-cut cubes).
  • 3.   In four individual ramekins, layer one tablespoon of cream, half a slice of salmon, gently cracked eggs, the other half of the smoked salmon slice, another tablespoon of cream, and a pinch of pepper.
  • 4.   Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot in the ramekins.
