Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (th 6).
  • 2.   Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces (or take ready dice).
  • 3.   In four individual ramekins, successively distribute a tablespoon of cream, half of a slice of salmon, the gently broken eggs, the other half of the slice of smoked salmon, another spoon of cream and a pinch of pepper.
  • 4.   Bake for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot in the ramekins.
