Asian-style noodles with seasoned ground beef served with stir-fried vegetables and salted peanuts

Instructions

  • 1.   For the noodles, bring a large amount of water to a boil in a pot. Finely grate the ginger. Crush or grate the garlic. Heat 1/2 tbsp of olive oil per person over high heat in a wok. Stir-fry the vegetable mix for 10 to 12 minutes until "al dente". Season with salt and pepper.
  • 2.   Add the noodles to the boiling water. Cook them "al dente" for 2 minutes covered. Drain them. Set aside without a lid. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together 10 ml of soy sauce and 1 tsp of sesame oil per person, black balsamic vinegar, ginger, sugar, and sunflower oil to prepare a dressing.
  • 3.   Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, ground cumin, and ground coriander for 1 minute over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes, breaking it up. Add the noodles, dressing, and ground beef to the wok and mix them with the vegetables.
  • 4.   Serve the dish in plates. Sprinkle with salted peanuts.

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 200 g of mix of asian vegetables
  • 100 g of noodle
  • 10 ml of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon of ground coriander
  • 120 g of ground beef
  • 10 g of salted peanut
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
