Instructions

  • 1.   Finely slice the vegetables.
  • 2.   Sauté the onions, bell peppers, and carrot slices in hot oil for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the zucchini and green beans (frozen or pre-cooked in water).
  • 4.   Cook over high heat, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes.
  • 5.   Prepare the sauce by blending soy sauce, honey, garlic, rice vinegar, lemon, and ginger.
  • 6.   Pour the sauce and peanuts just before serving.
