Quails with Vegetables

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
  • 2.   Peel the carrots and pears and cut them into cubes.
  • 3.   In a bowl, mix the carrots and pears with honey, spices, olive oil, and spread everything in the bottom of a gratin dish. Season.
  • 4.   Place the quails on top and bake for 30 minutes.
  • 5.   Once done, collect the cooking juices and mix them with cream.
  • 6.   Heat it gently and pour the creamy sauce over the quails.

Ingredients for servings

  • 4 quails
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 20 cl of sour cream
  • 2 pears
  • 4 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of four spices
  • 1 pinch of flower of salt
  • 1 pinch of 5-pepper blend
