1. Peel and finely slice the onion on your work surface.
2. In a saucepan over medium heat with a little olive oil, lightly brown the onion.
3. Add the rice without rinsing it, then sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of turmeric.
4. Mix until the rice turns yellow.
5. In a bowl, dissolve the broth in 80 cl of boiling water.
6. Incorporate it into the rice and let it cook.
7. Feel free to add more broth if the rice is too crunchy.
8. When the rice is cooked, it should be slightly crunchy.
9. Pour 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce over it and mix.
10. Serve accompanied by grilled meat.
