Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the Chinese noodles in a pot of salted water as indicated on the package.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, clean and deseed the two bell peppers, then cut them into thin strips. Also clean the mushrooms, remove the earthy stems, and slice them.
  • 3.   Oil a large skillet or wok, and sauté the bell pepper and mushroom pieces for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • 4.   Drain the noodles well and add them to the vegetables. Pour soy sauce, sprinkle turmeric, and season with pepper. Mix well and let it heat for a few more minutes. Serve hot.

  • 1 Chinese noodle
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 200 g of button mushroom
  • 2 tablespoon of peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
