Chocolate mousse with chickpea juice!! Sugar-free, egg-free, but truly 100% delicious. My guests loved it and even asked for the recipe. Their reaction when I told them there was chickpea juice in it. Here is the recipe proposed by @lamethodemontignac with a few changes in quantities. With only 2 ingredients: _ 200g of dark chocolate _ 130g of chickpea juice (juice from a can of chickpeas)

Instructions

  • 1.   Beat the chickpea juice (130g) into a foam using a mixer.
  • 2.   Gently melt the chocolate.
  • 3.   Carefully mix the two together, then refrigerate for 3 hours.
  • 4.   And with the chickpeas, well, I made hummus.

  • 200 g of dark chocolate 70%
  • 1 chickpeas (canned, drained weight)
