Sugar-free coconut ice cream on a mango, passion fruit, and banana sauce with low sugar and low glycemic index

A gustatory wonder Everyone loved it!!!! Total success. For my birthday party, it was a low glycemic index girls' night with a low GI meal.

Instructions

  • 1.   For dessert, I made this very simple ice cream without an ice cream maker.
    Whisk 40 cl of coconut cream with 15 cl of 30% fat liquid cream.
    For it to work well, the creams need to be very cold. Put them in the freezer 30 minutes before.
  • 2.   Then put everything in the freezer and every 30 minutes, mix with a fork. Do this 3 times. This replaces the action of the ice cream maker.
    Enjoy after 3 hours.
  • 3.   The sauce is not homemade. See in the 2nd photo.
    It is the sauce that brings the sweet taste.

Ingredients for servings

  • 3 tablespoon of mango coulis, passion fruit and banana
  • 40 cl of coconut cream
  • 15 cl of heavy cream
