Instructions
1. Peel and grate the carrots. Cut the Comté cheese into cubes. Drain the tuna and corn. Peel and slice the shallot. Wash the radishes and cut them into thin slices.
2. Prepare the vinaigrette: in a small bowl, mix the oil, orange juice, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the sliced shallot and parsley. Mix the sauce well.
3. Put the grated carrots, corn, tuna, and cheese in a salad bowl and mix. Add the vinaigrette. Mix again. Arrange avocado slices on top of the salad and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
4. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes before serving.
