Leek and Salmon Fondue | Serves 2-5

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the leeks and slice them. Dissolve the bouillon cube in 3/4 liter of boiling water and set aside.
  • 2.   In a pan, pour the olive oil and add the sliced leeks. Let them sweat for 5 minutes covered. Add the bouillon, reduce the heat, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes until all the liquid is absorbed. Cut the salmon into small cubes and add them to the leeks 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Stir until the cooking is finished.
  • 3.   Off the heat, add the fresh cream, mix well, and season with pepper (do not add salt).
  • 4.   Serve the leek and salmon fondue on plates and serve immediately.

  • 750 ml of water
  • 2 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 300 g of salmon
  • 3 tablespoon of light cream (12-15%)
  • 1 pinch of pepper
