Beet-Apple Gazpacho (+ for baby)

Instructions

  • 1.   UTENSILS;
    ▢ A kitchen scale + its bowl.
    ▢ A peeler.
    ▢ A cutting board + a knife - for fruits & vegetables.
    ▢ A sheet of absorbent paper.
    ▢ A citrus juicer.
    ▢ A blender.
    ▢ A very fine sieve.
    ▢ A bowl.
  • 2.   INSTRUCTIONS;
    - Cut the beets into cubes (⚠️See 4 months).
    - Blend. Add oil, blend. Add water if needed (⚠️See 6 months).
    - Peel, core, and cut a quarter of the apple into cubes.
    - Add the quarter of apple + mint to the blender, blend (⚠️See 9/12 months).
    - Pour in the vinegar, blend.
    - Wash and dry the mint. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
    - Cut the cheese. Cut the remaining apple into cubes and mix with the lemon (⚠️See 12 months).
    - Serve with apple and cheese cubes as decoration.

  • 3.   FROM 4 MONTHS: Extra-smooth beet puree;
    ⚠️ Use 30g of beets. Blend until smooth.
    Strain the gazpacho if it's not smooth enough.

  • 4.   FROM 6 MONTHS: Smooth beet puree;
    ⚠️ Use 30g of gazpacho.
    🍽️ Enjoy chilled.
  • 5.   FROM 9 MONTHS: Gazpacho puree;
    ⚠️ Use 200g of gazpacho.
    🍽️ Enjoy chilled.
  • 6.   FROM 12 MONTHS: Beet-Apple Gazpacho;
    ⚠️ Use 200g of gazpacho.
    ⚠️ Use 10g of cheese and 3 pieces of apple.
    🍽️ Enjoy chilled.
