Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the pumpkin, garlic, and onion.
    Remove the garlic germ.
    Slice the garlic and onion. Cut the pumpkin into slices.
  • 2.   Heat the olive oil.
    Sauté the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
  • 3.   Add the pumpkin and sauté for 5 minutes.
  • 4.   Add water, salt, and pepper. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Blend at the end of cooking. Adjust the seasoning.
