Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • 2.   Peel, wash, and cut the zucchini into small pieces.
  • 3.   Cut the goat cheese into small pieces and roughly chop the walnuts.
  • 4.   In a bowl, place the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper. Mix.
  • 5.   Make a well and add the olive oil, milk, and egg.
  • 6.   Mix until you obtain a homogeneous batter.
  • 7.   Add the zucchini, goat cheese, and walnuts.
  • 8.   Mix.
  • 9.   Pour the batter into buttered muffin molds.
  • 10.   Bake for 35 minutes.

  • 70 g of walnut kernel (optional)
  • 120 g of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 10 cl of milk
  • 5 cl of olive oil
  • 1 bag of baking powder
