Easy Cantonese Fried Rice

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice and rinse it with cold water.
  • 2.   Cut the ham into cubes, finely slice the onions. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and sauté the onions with the peas for 3 minutes. Pour the mixture into a dish.
  • 3.   Make an omelette and cut it into strips.
  • 4.   Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the shrimp for 1 minute.
  • 5.   Add the rice, peas, onions, ham, and omelette. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve very hot.
