Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Finely slice the peeled onion.
  • 2.   In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the pumpkin cubes and onions, and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  • 3.   Pour in the white wine, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 4.   In a large pot of boiling water, cook the tagliatelle according to the instructions on the package. Drain them.
  • 5.   Serve the hot pasta, topped with olive oil and pumpkin compote. Sprinkle with freshly chopped basil and pine nuts.

  • 1 onion
  • 8 basil
  • 2 tablespoon of pine nut
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
