Quiche Lorraine (without cow's milk)

Cooking: 30 minutes

Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (thermostat 7).
  • 2.   Spread the shortcrust pastry in a buttered and floured pie dish.
  • 3.   Prick the dough with a fork.
  • 4.   In a small bowl (round bottom), beat the eggs with a whisk.
  • 5.   Add the bacon and cottage cheese then mix to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  • 6.   Season to taste.
  • 7.   Pour the preparation over the shortcrust pastry.
  • 8.   COOKING Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (thermostat 7). Bake for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Watch the quiche during cooking.
  • 9.   DRESSAGE Cut the Quiche Lorraine to your liking. Decorate the quiche with salad or parsley. Serve warm or hot.
