Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the chicken.
  • 2.   Debone it.
  • 3.   Prepare the onion sauce by sautéing them in butter with the bouillon cube and spices.
  • 4.   Mix the chicken with the onion sauce and 2 eggs.
  • 5.   Prepare the crepes by mixing the flour, milk, and eggs.
  • 6.   Spread each crepe, place a little bit of the sauce on it, and roll it up.
