Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the chicken into large cubes. Peel and slice the onions. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
  • 2.   Peel the butternut, cut it in half, remove the seeds and fibrous parts. Cut the flesh into cubes.
  • 3.   Heat the oil in a tajine dish or a sauté pan. Brown the chicken pieces with the onions.
  • 4.   Serve hot and garnish with coriander!
  • 5.   Add the vegetables, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili, along with a glass of water. Let simmer for 30 minutes.
  • 6.   Add the pitted and diced prunes, add more water if needed. Simmer for an additional 30 minutes.

  • 4 chicken breast
  • 2 onions
  • 1 small buttercup squash
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 8 prunes
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 pinch of chili pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
