Instructions

  • 1.   Peel and finely chop the garlic and onions. Peel and grate the carrots and cucumbers.
  • 2.   In a salad bowl, mix the yogurt, oil, vinegar, and then add salt and pepper.
  • 3.   Add the vegetables and mix well.
  • 4.   Serve chilled!
