Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. Season the lamb leg slices with salt, then rub them with a pressed garlic clove.
3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and place the lamb leg slices to brown them on each side over medium-high heat.
4. In an ovenproof dish, place thyme and bay leaves, then crush the remaining garlic cloves and add them to the dish as well. Arrange the lamb leg slices on top.
5. Bake for 10 minutes.
6. A few minutes before removing the meat from the oven, baste it with its cooking juices.
