SHALLOT BEEF STEAK

Instructions

  • 1.   Heat butter and oil in a pan.
  • 2.   Add the beef steaks and cook to your liking. Set aside.
  • 3.   Finely chop the shallots and lightly cook them in the pan.
  • 4.   Add the vinegar and let it reduce.
  • 5.   Add the cream and pour over the meat.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Serve with fries and a green salad.

  • 4 beefsteak
  • 4 shallots
  • 2 tablespoon of wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon of sour cream (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 15 g of butter
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
