Sea Bass in Parchment Paper

Instructions

  • 1.   Pour 50 cl of water into a pot with a steamer basket and bring to a boil.
  • 2.   Place all the ingredients in the steamer basket on a parchment paper and close the parchment packet.
  • 3.   Cook for 20 minutes.

  • 400 g of sea bass fillet
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 fennel
  • 1 orange
  • 2 star anise
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
